Request deletion of your personal data

You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including account identifiers, profile and resume content, match/interview records linked to you, support messages, and mobile push tokens — subject to legal retention exceptions.

Email privacy@pontigi.com from the address linked to your account (or the address you used with us). Subject line: Personal data deletion request Include: — your account email; — what you want deleted (all personal data, or specific categories); — whether you also want the account closed (if yes, we treat it as an account deletion — see https://pontigi.com/legal/delete-account). We respond and complete eligible deletion within 30 days unless law requires longer retention of specific records.

Deleting the account (https://pontigi.com/legal/delete-account) removes access and associated personal data as described there. Requesting data deletion here can also cover residual personal data after you stop using the service, within legal limits.
