Delete your Pontigi account

When we delete your account we remove or anonymize, where technically and legally possible: — your login and profile; — resume/CV and related profile content; — matches, interview details linked to your account; — device push tokens for the mobile app. We may retain limited records only if the law requires it (for example security or tax/accounting obligations).

Send an email to privacy@pontigi.com from the same email address registered on your Pontigi account. Subject line: Account deletion request In the message include: — the email of the account to delete; — confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted; — whether you are a candidate or an employer. We will process the request within 30 days (or sooner when required by law), then confirm by email.
