You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

Employers must: — post lawful jobs without discrimination; — use candidate data only for hiring purposes; — not share contacts without proper grounds; — comply with employment and anti-discrimination laws.

Candidates must provide truthful profile and resume information. False data, impersonation, or infringing content is prohibited.

Pontigi uses AI to analyze profiles and jobs. Recommendations are advisory. Final hiring decisions are made by employers.

The platform, design, logo, and code belong to Pontigi. Users retain rights to uploaded content but grant us a license to process it to operate the service.

The service is provided "as is". Pontigi is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party actions. We aim for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Current plans are on the Pricing page. We may change prices with notice. Free features may be limited in scope.
